Version 1.0.0 · Live

Field medical visits,
coordinated end to end.

Installing on iPhone

  1. This build is not signed by Apple, so it cannot be installed from the App Store or by tapping the file directly.
  2. Install a sideloading tool such as AltStore or Sideloadly on a computer, and connect your iPhone.
  3. Load the downloaded .ipa through that tool and sign it with your own Apple ID.
  4. On the iPhone, open Settings → General → VPN & Device Management and trust the developer profile.
Verify what you downloaded. Both files publish a SHA-256 above. On macOS or Linux run shasum -a 256 <file>; on Windows run certutil -hashfile <file> SHA256. If the value does not match, do not install it.

Built for the way field work actually runs

Poor signal, one hand free, and a customer waiting. Every screen assumes that.

Create & assign

Book a medical visit against a company, TPA and customer, then assign it to a technician who actually covers that territory.

Routes & distance

The route a technician actually travelled, recorded as they work and drawn on the map — with GPS noise filtered out rather than billed.

Evidence on the spot

Start and end meter photos, bus tickets and reimbursement documents captured at the visit and attached to the job.

Nothing slips

Due and overdue medicals surface at the top of the day, with reminders that retire themselves once the work is genuinely done.

Reimbursements that reconcile

Odometer against GPS, claimed against approved — the gap shown plainly instead of two numbers that quietly disagree.

Works without signal

Visits complete offline and queue locally. When the phone finds a network, the work is sent once — never twice, never lost.

Two roles, one system

The same records, shown to each person as their job needs them.

Coordinators

Admin access, usually at a desk

  • Create visits and assign them by territory
  • Watch the day unfold across every technician
  • Open a finished visit and see who completed it, when, the route, the photos and the claim
  • Approve or reject reimbursements against the evidence
  • Manage companies, TPAs and user accounts

Field technicians

On a phone, usually on the move

  • See only the visits assigned to them, sorted by what is due now
  • Accept a job, start the trip, capture the meter reading
  • Complete the visit and send the report onward
  • Track their own reimbursement claims
  • Keep working with no signal and sync later
Distributed directly, on purpose. TPA is internal software for Keshme and its field teams, so it is not listed on the Play Store or the App Store. You need an account created by your coordinator — the apps do nothing without one. Access is per person, and every action is recorded against the account that took it.
